VMware Infrastructure 3 Release Notes part deux

Just a gentle reminder for those of you upgrading to ESX 3.5 and/or Virtualcenter 2.5 that the release notes have been updated here.

VMotion in 3.5 DRS enabled Cluster causes Guest CPU to rise Dramatically
